Ashtanga Yoga – This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Power Vinyasa Flow – Get your flow on in this dynamic practice that links movement and breath together in a dance-like way. In most classes, you won’t linger long in each pose and the pace can be quick, so be prepared for your heart rate to rise. Teachers will often pump music, matching the beats to the sequences of the poses. Different teachers do it differently.

Power Vinyasa Flow timings:
Monday/Wednesday - 19:00-20:00

Ashtanga timings:
Sunday/Tuesday - 19:00-20:00
